Q : Why does the eyelashes take so long?

A : Eyelash extensions are placed individually one by one on your natural lashes, depending on the fullness of your natural lashes determines how long it will take.

Q : Can I go swimming with eyelash extensions?
A : Yes, eyelash extensions are water proof. However after your initial application you can not get them wet for 24 hours.

Q : Do lash extensions hurt and are they heavy?
A : No, they don’t hurt at all. You won’t feel the lash application or the lashes themselves.

Q : Can I wear mascara? 

A : Absolutely NOT!

Q : Will they pull out my lashes?
A : No, they are healthy for your natural lashes with the proper application.

Q : Will they be thick?
A : Totally up to you and your natural eyelashes. Volume sets are full, mega volume are really full, hybrid is a mix of classic & volume, and classics are a more natural look.

Q : How do I remove them?
A : Over time they shed with the growth of your natural lashes. Do not try and remove lashes on your own please get them professionally removed.

Q : Can I wash my face under the water?

A : Yes! Please clean lash extensions everyday to avoid eye infections, we sell lash extension cleansing kits for $15.

Q : When should I get a refill?
A : lash fills are recommended when you have about 40% left, we offer 1wk, 2wk, & 3wk fills anything after 3 weeks or less then 40% of lashes needs to be booked as a full set.

Q : I sleep on my face will this ruin my lashes?
A : It won’t ruin your lashes per say but it will make them shed faster and you will have to get a full between 1-2 week mark.
